Office of Undergraduate Studies
The Office of Undergraduate Studies monitors the academic
progress
of all students. The office supervises and coordinates academic
support services and student advising.
Academic retention
of students is a priority of the Office of Undergraduate
Studies. The Deans work with faculty to establish, interpret
and
enforce all academic policies and procedures related to students.
In addition, the Office of Undergraduate Studies works
with
faculty to develop and enhance curricular offerings. The
Deans help to coordinate activities of many of the campus-wide
honor
societies.

They monitor first-year through junior advising, coordinate activities associated
with student exchange programs, and work closely with various offices of the College to
insure appropriate services and opportunities for underclasswomen. A major responsibility
of the Associate Deans is the planning and coordination of first year experience and
