FMS - Maintenance Team
Ronnie Baldwin, maintenance supervisor, leads the maintenance team. This group primarily executes maintenance tasks within campus zones.

The schedule for the maintenance teams has been adjusted to provide maintenance coverage seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., there is a maintenance staff member on call for after-hours emergencies.
The Paint Team, led by Kenton Evans, lead painter, will be developing a program for the painting of Administrative and Academic areas. Based upon their plan, there may be a need in the future to schedule painters for evening and weekend work.
The Siemens Team. HVAC Controls and Maintenance is executed through a partnership with Siemens Building Technologies, a global leader in technology. Through this partnership, Spelman has the support of an organization that has over 400,000 employees worldwide to insure that Spelman has the resources to respond to all building issues 24/7.
There are two Siemens employees on campus full-time who maintain our mechanical equipment as well as monitor critical building systems, making adjustments and insuring the comfort of our students, faculty and staff.
