Janine Brown is the Partner-in-Charge of Alston & Bird, LLP's Atlanta office, where she concentrates her practice on technology, renewable energy and telecommunications companies.
Brown's primary focus is strategic and complex transactions for technology and telecommunications companies, including capital raising transactions, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, information technology transactions, joint ventures/strategic alliances and outsourcing transactions. Brown's clients include public and private companies, as well as private equity funds.
She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers magazines and is a frequent lecturer on matters related to technology mergers and acquisitions.
