The Help Desk is Spelman's central location for technology support and service. The Help Desk handles 1st-tier support requests. All MIT service calls, no matter what the functional area, originate with the Help Desk. Additional online help desk resources can be found at the Virtual Help Desk for Students

• Hours for walk-ins: 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday
